    Centralized Intake Coordination means all referrals are easily coordinated with a single point of contact for all information. Referrals and prescriptions are able to be received either direct from the physician or a reimbursement support HUB via phone fax, or e-prescribe.
     
  • 24/7/365 Availability
    Our Pharmacists and Patient Care Coordinators are available 24 hours per day, 7 days per week, 365 days per year to assist in managing all therapy needs or answer any questions that may arise.
     
  • Prior Authorization Assistance
    Our reimbursement department takes this burden off the physician staff and does all the legwork ahead of time to determine eligibility, benefits, prior authorization and recertification and will keep the office informed every step of the way which allows the physician and staff to concentrate on the care of their patients.
