When you refill your prescriptions with MaxorPlus Home Delivery online, your 90-day supply will be delivered directly to your door. Just use the member portal to get started or you can download the Home Delivery forms below to order your prescriptions. We will also work with your health care provider’s electronic prescription system, so you can ask your doctor to submit your prescription to us electronically.
