
Amy Garrigues
Amy serves as the Chief Transformation and Growth Officer, overseeing Maxor’s business development, sales, strategy, account management, and marketing departments, as well as providing cross-functional leadership and oversight to drive Maxor’s execution, growth, and development on key strategic priorities and to facilitate long-term value creation. Amy has a great depth and breadth of expertise in health care and brings more than 20 years of experience in leading health care companies and advising Board of Directors on operational and strategic initiatives.
Most recently, Amy served as the Chief Operating Officer with RAYUS Radiology, overseeing all operational aspects of a national imaging company and leading its joint ventures with hospitals and physicians, and previously as its Chief Strategy & Development Officer, responsible for all business development, M&A, hospital partnerships, technology, and marketing efforts at RAYUS. Prior to joining RAYUS, Amy was the Executive Vice President and Chief Legal Officer for 21st Century Oncology, overseeing its operational and strategic transformation leading up to its successful sale in 2020. Amy has also previously served as a health care partner with King & Spalding LLP and as a health care strategy consultant with The Boston Consulting Group.
She holds an A.B. from Harvard College and a J.D. from Harvard Law School.
