Jessica Lee

As Chief Compliance and Ethics Officer, Jessica is responsible for ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations and maintaining Maxor’s industry best culture of compliance.

Jessica brings over ten years of knowledge managing compliance programs across the healthcare market and specializes in pharmacy benefit management, regulatory oversight, creation and maintenance of compliance structures, risk assessments and consulting with state entities. Prior to joining the team, Jessica was the Chief Compliance Officer for Managed Health Services, within the Centene family of health plans and spent more than nine years with Express Scripts/Cigna, most recently serving as their State PBM Compliance Officer and Medicaid/Dual Plan Officer.

Jessica earned her Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) from the University of Chicago and received her Juris Doctorate and Master’s in Health Administration from Saint Louis University.
