David Carlson

As Vice President of Accounting, David (Dave) oversees general accounting functions in Maxor.

Dave has more than 27 years of experience in progressive finance roles in pharmaceutical, life sciences, and pharmacy services. He has experience in many stages of the business life cycle including startup, high growth, IPO, and even liquidation. In prior roles, Dave held the Chief Financial Officer, Chief Accounting Officer, VP of Finance, and Treasurer titles. His responsibilities have included financial reporting, treasury, financial planning and analysis, tax, risk management, audit, Sarbanes-Oxley compliance, and M&A. 

Dave earned his Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Finance from the University of Utah and received his M.B.A from the University of Texas at Dallas.
